The Parties agree on the terms regarding use and accessing data from connected products and related services, regulated by the Data Act (EU 2023/2854), in the Data Annex available here.
The Parties further agree that this Data Annex forms an integral part of this agreement. By entering into this agreement, the Customer confirms that it has read and understood the Data Annex, and the Parties agree that its terms shall be binding and enforceable as contractual terms.
